This panel fits all 2 & 4 Dr 1938 Deluxe Sedans and all 1939 and 1940 Sedans. Will not fit 1938 Standard Sedans. Extends to all original factory seams. Die-stamped in the USA of 18-gauge rust resistant steel, includes full weather-strip channel and bottom flange.
