1937-40 Ford Door Bottom

Since steel doors are hard to find, the proper repair of them has become critical. The EMS Door Bottom Kit includes 2 pieces - the outer door skin and the inner structure. These pieces are sold as a kit for each door only. The outer door skin is precision die-stamped from 20 gauge steel with all the proper curves and shapes. The hem flange on the outer skin is included and formed to a reverse 45° angle for proper assembly to the inner door structure. The inner door structure is a one piece die-stamp­ed 18 gauge steel section with all the proper steps for the door jamb. Cross braces and other features from original doors are included.

Long Door: 2dr Sedan, Cabriolet, Club Coupe PN107

Short Door: Business Coupe, 4-dr Sedan (front door only), & Sedan Delivery PN108
