1940 Chevrolet Replacement Door Bottoms

Since steel doors are hard to find, the proper repair can be easily done with an EMS Door Bottom Kit which includes two pieces - the Outer Door Skin and the Inner Structure. The Outer Door Skin is precision die-stamped from 20 gauge steel with all the proper curves and shapes. The hem flange on the outer skin is included and formed to a reverse 45° angle for proper assembly to the inner door structure. The Inner Door Structure is a one piece die-stamped section from 18 gauge steel with all the proper steps for the door jamb. Cross braces and other features from original doors are included.
