1937-39 Chevrolet Door Bottoms

EMS Automotive has produced a lower door bottom repair kit for many of the fat tendered street rods of the 30's & 40's. Since steel doors are hard to find, the proper repair of them has become critical. This very important repair can be easily done with an EMS Door Bottom Kit. The EMS Door Bottom Kit includes 2 pieces - the outer door skin and the inner structure. These pieces are sold as a kit for each door only. The outer door skin is precision die-stamped from 20 gauge steel with ail the proper curves and shaped 6". The hem flange on the outer skin is included and formed to a reverse 45° angle for proper assembly to the inner door structure. The inner door structure is a one piece die-stamped section from 18 gauge steel with all the proper steps for the door jamb. Cross braces and other features from original doors are included.
