Fits between the bottom edge of the rear roll pan (EMS TailpanŽ) and the main flat part of the trunk floor and is directly behind the outer skin of the EMS TailpanŽ. Die-stamped steel. Exact fit for all 1939-1940 Ford Coupes. Small modification for 1938 Deluxe, and 1939 & 1940 Ford Sedans required.
